1. Who we are

Vantis Research (“Vantis”, “we”, “us”) is a paid online research panel operated by SSAFF, 407 Lincoln Rd Suite 6H PMB 1834, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you join our panel, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to vantisresearch.com, app.vantisresearch.com, and related Vantis services.

To operate the research panel (create your account, match you with relevant studies, send study notifications); to measure panel performance for our research sponsor clients (in aggregated/de-identified form); to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse; to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and to communicate service and marketing messages (with consent where required).

4. How we share it

We share information with: (a) study sponsors and research organizations when you apply to one of their studies — they contact you directly to complete the study; (b) service providers that help us operate the platform (Supabase for database, Sendy/SendGrid for email delivery, Stripe for billing on the researcher side, Vercel for hosting); (c) legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell your information to third parties.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use first-party cookies for session management and analytics. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels on the member portal (app.vantisresearch.com).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your information at any time from your profile page, or by emailing privacy@vantisresearch.com. You can unsubscribe from emails via any email's unsubscribe link or by toggling email opt-in in your profile. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah have additional rights under state privacy laws — contact us to exercise them.

7. Data retention

We retain account and activity data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after deletion for legal and audit purposes (typically 24 months). Aggregated/de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Children

The Vantis panel is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
